I take pleasure in simple things. I try to make the best of what I have. I have always made it a point to become a better person every day. I run 10km thrice a week to keep fit. I feed my mind by reading. I believe in mind-body balance thus my first two undergrad degrees, Psychology and Physical Therapy. For relaxation, I join races. At this point, I am already in the 15km level. I cook and try out new recipes in the kitchen or do some traveling.
